Six separate venues within the building, spanning early breakfast, daytime menus and a late kitchen that remains open while the gaming floor is active.
Opens early for overnight guests and day visitors alike, with a buffet-style spread of breads, eggs, yoghurt, fruit and hot items. Coffee and tea stations stay available throughout the morning service window.
A daytime venue built around a shorter menu of soups, salads and simple hot dishes. Large windows look onto the internal courtyard, making it a good spot for a quiet midday meal away from the busier lobby areas.
Our largest seated restaurant, serving evenings from a rotating menu that takes in meat, fish and vegetarian options. Groups of six or more are advised to reserve; smaller parties can make use of open seating.
Sits right beside the gaming floor, serving hot food and drinks for as long as the floor stays open. Seating is limited and most orders are taken away; the same kitchen standards apply here as elsewhere.
Seasonal outdoor service whenever the weather permits, offering light items and cold drinks. It closes when outside temperatures fall, or when the terrace is required for other events.
A small, separate room available for groups of up to sixteen. It serves the same menu as the main dining room, and we prefer at least forty-eight hours' notice.
With advance notice, every venue can cater for common dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free requests. Guests with severe allergies should tell staff when service begins so the kitchen can adjust its procedures, and ingredient lists for the day's dishes are available on request at each venue.
