The website exists to provide information and take reservation requests, and its content may change without notice. It must not be used for unlawful purposes, for automated scraping that overloads the server, or for attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems.
A reservation request only becomes a confirmed booking once the reservations team sends written confirmation. Confirmation emails state the room type, dates, cancellation window and any special conditions, and rates and availability remain subject to change until that confirmation is issued.
Valid photo identification is required at check-in, and guests must be at least eighteen years of age to occupy a room without an accompanying adult. Payment arrangements are completed according to the method stated in the confirmation.
Guests are expected to show respect for other visitors, staff and property. Disruptive behaviour, damage to rooms or public areas, or refusal to follow reasonable staff instructions may lead to the stay being terminated without refund of the remaining nights.
Access is limited to persons aged eighteen and over with valid identification, and the house rules posted on the floor apply. For reasons of safety, order or regulatory compliance, the operator reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave.
To the extent Finnish law permits, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from stays at the property, except where such liability cannot be excluded. Personal belongings left in rooms or public areas are the guest's responsibility, and a limited lost-property service is available at reception.
Cancellation terms are stated in each confirmation email. Free cancellation windows vary by date and room category, and no-shows may be charged according to the policy attached to the booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Finnish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
