Three rooms on the second floor hold anywhere from twelve to forty people depending on the seating layout. Basic projection and sound equipment is included, and catering can be ordered from the main kitchen.

Accommodates up to twenty-four people in classroom or U-shape layouts, with a whiteboard, projection screen and an adjacent break-out space for coffee service.
Holds up to forty people theatre-style or thirty banquet-style — the most flexible of the layouts, well suited to presentations and larger group briefings.
From time to time, live performances take place in the lobby or on the outdoor terrace when the weather allows. Schedules go up at reception about two weeks ahead, and overnight guests receive priority seating when places are limited.
Through the darker months, the wellness wing extends certain quiet-room sessions. Registered guests may attend these periods without booking separately.
On selected spring dates, local residents may tour the building's public areas outside normal gaming hours. Registration is handled through the contact form.
The private dining corner can be reserved for groups of up to sixteen, while larger celebrations may use one of the meeting rooms in banquet configuration when free. Enquiries should arrive at least fourteen days ahead so that kitchen and staffing can be planned.
